Julia is an Associate at Dunner Law, and her practice focus is on prosecution and protection of matters related to trademarks, unfair competition, and copyright. She conducts domestic and international trademark clearance searches, renders use and registrability opinions, and prosecutes trademark and copyright applications throughout the world. Julia also handles trademark filings, prosecution and counseling for Amazon sellers as part of the Amazon IP Accelerator Program, since Dunner Law is one of the 11 nationwide firms chosen by Amazon for this program.
Prior to joining Dunner Law full time, Julia interned at Dunner Law, assisting in various trademark and copyright matters, and she also interned at the Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C., where she engaged in research on current issues related to trademark, copyright and patent law. At the Hudson Institute, Julia contributed to a quarterly newsletter regarding IP matters. She has a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. in History from the George Washington University, where she graduated cum laude.
